BALLOTING OF CHICKEN, STUFFED WITH FINE LAMB MOUSSE AND TARRAGON

The main dish came right after the cheese dish. This cuisine is called Ballotin. The flavorful lamb paste is rolled with the light chicken slice. The light taste of Ballotin is a good match with the rich tasty sauce. It comes with crushed peas which are very often served in the UK. You can enjoy British food with the freshness and a sweetness of peas.

BLACKBERRY AND STRAWBERRY COMPOTE, VANILLA ICE CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES AND CASSIS MOUSSE
