Carl Marletti, the former pastry chef in Café de la Paix Paris opened his first boutique at 51 rue Censier, in the beautiful 5th arrondissement. Now you can enjoy his wonderful work with a happy wallet!


Carl Marletti knocked the door of Café de la Paix in 1992 after years of training in dessert making and dressing. Not long after, he began leading the whole team. In 2005, he designed the famous millefeuille with big names in fashion such as Agnès b,Chantal Thomass and Stella Cadente, which had won a universal acclaim.

The way that he combines flavours and textures was inspired by his Voyage, where he realised that the soul as a craftsman is to pass knowledge and think of the satisfaction of one who is willing to pay to enjoy the best.

Now he continues his adventure in this delicate boutique, bringing happiness to even more people.
