67 Kapitali is a family-run cafe located not far from St. George's Square in Valletta. The concept of the cafe is to support the local community by using almost all local ingredients. Inside the cafe, the first thing you will encounter is the bar area and a chalkboard with the menu written on it and a warm smile from the staff. Every menu item is freshly homemade in the kitchen located on-site. The dish you see above is a Maltese Caprese salad which was inspired by the famous Italian salad. This consists of the local Gbejniet cheese, fresh tomato and rocket, topped with homemade basil pesto and Gozo salt flakes. Fresh and full of flavor.

67 Kapitali offers the widest selections of local craft beer in Malta, moreover, they are also the flagship location for Lord Chambray brewing and the only bar in Valletta with "The Lord" on tap. Besides Lord Chambray, there are several other beers that you can choose from including their own microbrew beer called "67 IPA". If you would like to have a cold craft beer along with the meal, they have paired their menu with the craft beer that goes best together.
