All the food was very fresh, made with high-quality seasonal vegetables, cheese, eggs, and bread, and we couldn't help but be amazed at the light yet sophisticated taste. Turkish eggs, Greek yogurt salad, grilled white asparagus.. these are amazingly delicious for even non-vegetarians. Whether you're a vegetarian or not, you're bound to fall in love with this place's unique and healthy food, reminiscent of the Mediterranean. 

It's also worth noting that not just the food, but the interior of the restaurant has been designed in a way that respects our plant. Since Julien Sebbag has been interested in the sustainable environment, he always runs a restaurant with the responsibility for the environment. His restaurant’s interior is also decorated with eco-friendly recycling products. 

The most beautiful view of Paris 

You can have an exceptional view of Paris including the Eiffel Tower, Opera, Montmartre, and so on. In fact, rooftop restaurants with a view of the Eiffel Tower are quite rare and are often located in luxury hotels, making them somewhat inaccessible and pricey. 

However, this rooftop offers a beautiful view of Paris without exceeding 6-18 euros per dish. The prices for cocktails are also very reasonable. 

Yet, the quality of the food, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere with breathtaking views are exceptionally great, which is rare to find in Paris.  

Amazingly, we could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré-Cœur in our seats. Since the rooftop offering such a special view in Paris is truly rare, I highly recommend it here for those who want to have an unforgettable moment in Paris. Keep in mind, this place is only open during summer, so if you will visit Paris this summer, it is a place you must not miss.
