At Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, the tax refund is available for people staying in EU countries for less than 6 months, and non-EU residents (without long-term residence permission for EU countries). You can get the tax refund everywhere in the store after your purchase. You don't have to wait to benefit from this service: If you want to get the tax refund by cash, you can meet a groom at the tax refund office on the first basement floor. But don't forget to bring your original passport as copies are not accepted. 

When you shop from home, the amount of tax will be automatically reduced from the total amount of purchasing, shipping fee, etc. Once you order some products, you will receive a reference for payment with a total amount to pay (already reduced for tax) and a link to a page for secure payment.
