TOP 3 BRUSSELS BEER CAFE

Most tourists stay in Brussels only for a few days. If your schedule is quite packed but you want to see all the authentic places in Brussels, here are some recommendations for your cozy night time in some bars. Belgium has such a wonderful beer cafe culture where you can stay with your friends very frankly and enjoy talking, and it usually has nice indirect lighting and lovely signs.

DELIRIUM

Delirium is the most popular place that Brusselian people would recommend first. They have the biggest selections of beers and the interior designs are very inspiring.

You should enjoy the atmosphere and many glasses of beers here since you can try various kinds of beers. If you wish or not, you will find a female 'Manneken pis' just in front of Delirium, called 'Jeanneke Pis'.

AU BON VIEUX TEMPS

Many local Belgians love this kind of beer cafes. A little dark but very cozy and warm lightings, with wooden interiors.

Depending on the day, Au Bon Vieux Temps is quite packed by many local people so if you want to avoid the cloud, we'd recommend going early time for drinking. This cafe is in a narrow alley so you wouldn't notice if you are just walking by, pin on your google map so that you make sure you can get there.

LES GENS QUE J'AIME

This cafe has the second floors and you can drink upstairs and eat downstairs. Both have a good atmosphere but it'd be some special experience to drink upstairs.

Depending on how you feel like, you can stroll the town and find your best favorite cafes. You may want to go to a jazz bar or lively beer cafes, or if you don't know at all where to go when you travel in Belgium, you can go to 'markt' (market) such as 'oude markt' (old market), 'grote markt' (central square), where many bars and cafes gather.
