Opened in 2013, Holly Belly is one of the hottest brunch cafés in Paris and is located near the Saint Martins Canal, where the trendy Parisians like to gather. It is a popular restaurant in Pajurisan, where you can enjoy the brunch even if you arrive at the opening time. They are famous for their pancakes and eggs.
AMBIENCE
Compared to the simple and small appearance, its a much bigger space once you enter. The interior is kept vintage and the restaurant is filled with exciting music and enthusiastic people enjoying food and conversation.
Thanks to the glass ceiling, the room seemed to be more spacious, and as it was a sunny day, it felt like we were sitting outdoors and enjoying our meal.
Holly Belly's menu is presented as a newspaper. Menus vary slightly and change from season to season.

Lunch menu Beef spring roll. The appetizing peanut sauce is put on the salad and the spring roll, and gives the dish a great texture. The spring roll is fresh and full of flavour.
PECHE DE LIGNEDI JOUR ET HARICOTS DE SAISON
There are a few fish dishes are on the lunch menu. A variety of seasonal beans are cooked in olive oil to go along with the white fish with herbs and lemon zest crust. It is a healthy meal that you can enjoy with good music and bright indoors.
