If you stroll around the canal of Paris, Saint-Martin, you will find an eye-catching store with a vintage charm. As you approach the boulangerie and patisserie shop, the fragrant smell of freshly baked bread will pull you in.
The interior of Liberté has made use of the vintage inner wall as it is. Tables with a nostalgic retro vibe, along with white hexagonal tiles.
An open kitchen is also one of the attractions of Liberté. You can see how the pastry chefs work and watch the baking process. The chefs making the dessert wear a stern face and look like scientists working in a laboratory.
Freshly baked Baguettes sitting on the shelf, tempt you along with an array of juices and salads to choose from.
We recommend getting a fresh salad for lunch.
Perfect for lunch, a menu that allows you to select drinks with sandwiches and desserts. You can enjoy all three menus within 8 euros to 9.6 € and 10 euros!
Le saumon, Philadelphia
Sandwich with fresh salmon and cucumber, and Philadelphia cheese.
Le Poulet Crudités
Plump chicken with lettuce of Shakijaki.
Le Clafoutis Aux Fruits (French baked confectionery with fruits in sweet dust like pudding).
Coffee flavoured cream puff (Le Chou Cafe) is filled with dense coffee cream.
Mour-o-Chocolat (Le Moelleux Chocolat) is a fluffy sweet dessert from which chocolate oozes out when cut.
Liberte's dining space is small, so if you visit on a sunny day it is recommended to have a picnic along the Saint Martin Canal!
